HCR 23                                                                                            
Representative Samuels gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                
HCR 23 (page 1999).                                                                                 
                                                                                                    
Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that                                       
reconsideration of HCR 23 be taken up on the same day.  There being                                 
no objection, it was so ordered.

    Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                  
    the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 85,                                    
    relating to sentencing and to the earning of good time deductions                               
    for certain sexual offenses.                                                                    
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HCR 23 pass the House?"
